We speak the language of abolition,
but in our relationships, we still practice disappearance.

We want Transformative Justice, we want system change, we want this world to end to build the one we hold in our tissues and in our imaginations, but we don’t know how to stay when things get uncomfortable.

We say we value repair, but we haven’t built the capacity to actually do it.

So we withdraw. We ghost. We rupture quietly. Or we stay, but without honesty, at our own detriment and build resentment until we simply cannot hold it anymore.

And over time, our relationships— and our movements— become fragile.

We know that’s not sustainable. We know freedom is responsibility. We know that we will save ourselves and each other. But how do we do this when we can’t even have a conflict with the people we say we love and care about?

How do we build relationships that can hold the weight of abolition?

You believe in liberation.
In accountability.
In relationships that don’t replicate harm.

And yet—

When conflict comes close, something shifts.

You shut down. Or over-explain. Or disappear. Or convince yourself it’s “not worth it.”

You tell yourself you’re protecting yourselves by leaving or the relationship when you don’t speak up for yourselves.
But something in you knows: this is where things start to erode.

Avoidance doesn’t keep us safe.
It keeps harm unspoken, unaddressed, and alive between us.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You avoid hard conversations and regret it later

  • You struggle to stay present when you’re confronted

  • You care about accountability and understand that abolition requires conflict capacity, but feel overwhelmed by it

  • You’ve seen relationships or organizing spaces fall apart because of unresolved conflict

  • You don’t want to keep repeating this pattern

  • You want to practice abolition in your relationships now, not just read about it on IG!

This is not about becoming perfect at conflict.

This is about building the capacity to stay.

To stay in your body.
To stay in the relationship.
To stay long enough for something new to happen.

Because abolition is not just a political stance, and liberation not just ideas—it’s a relational practice. Accountability is the relational infrastructure for liberation we need to practice it now.

And if we cannot be with conflict,
we cannot build the worlds we are dreaming of.

Inside this space, you will:

  • Understand your personal conflict patterns (and what they protect)

  • Learn how avoidance shows up in your body in real time

  • Practice staying present instead of shutting down or escalating

  • Explore what accountability actually looks like beyond apology

  • Build capacity for repair that doesn’t rely on perfection

The truth is:

Avoidance feels like ‘safety’.
But it is costing you depth, trust, and possibility.

And it’s costing us the kinds of relationships our movements actually need.

If you’re ready:

To stop disappearing.
To stop fearing accountability.
To start building relationships that can actually hold conflict, abolition, liberation:

Join us.
